• Kid Toppers ONLY includes child’s name, grade with a check mark and theme (NO QUOTE). Any extra wording outside of the name and grade will be priced as a custom grad topper.

How long can my quote be?

Quotes are limited to length. Longer quotes leave no extra room for add-ons. You may tell me your quote with your ideas to determine if everything will fit without it looking too busy or cluttered.

I don't know what I want...Can I pay you now, and tell you what I want later? can you freestyle?  

Yes, I can freestyle. However, I do not choose quotes. This is the graduate's moment, and I believe they should choose a quote that best fits their journey. Having a hard time? Choose a quote from a song, something someone close to you told you and has always stuck with you, search pinterest, a bible verse or anything that helped you through your journey. No, you cannot pay me now and tell me your ideas later. I want to make sure we are on the same page with designing before I accept any form of payment from you.

Can I change my idea once I've paid?

It depends. Please contact me to make sure I haven't started your order

When do I send my graduation cap?

I do not need your graduation cap. The topper is placed with double-sided tape which means you can order prior to receiving your graduation cap.

How do I apply the Topper?

Double sided tape and a thumbtack will be provided to you. The double-sided tape will be place on the four corners of the topper and the graduation cap. The clear thumbtack will be placed in the middle allowing your tassel to be visible and move-able. I do not put holes in the middle. Instructions on how to apply your topper will be mailed with your order

Will the tape damage the graduation hat?

No, this is an easy peel on and off method.

How big is the topper?

The top of grad caps varies in size. There is no "standard size" in grad caps. Different companies make different size caps. The size of the toppers I make are 9.5X9.5 which fits most grad caps. If you wish for your topper to be a certain size, please let me know at the time of ordering, if not your topper will be sized at 9.5x9.5 automatically.

 

Will I see the topper when it is complete? Do You send proofs?

For handmade toppers... I will send a picture/video prior to pick up/shipping for approval. I really can't show/provide sketches or tell you how your topper will look before I make it. When you provide ideas and inspirational pictures, I can use that as a guide. As an artist what works for me is I know exactly what I am doing when I am actually physically doing it. For digital topper... you will be provided a picture prior to printing. Changes are negotiable but not guaranteed for both digital and handmade toppers.

SHIPPING & PICKUP​

Tallahassee (local): Orders are being completed and picked up by the due date you provide. Location and directions will be given once the topper is completed.

Shipping: Standard 2-5 standard shipping is $10. Orders are being completed and received by the due date you provide. All orders are shipped with the EXPECTED delivery date provided by USPS. Which means your expected delivery date from USPS will be your due date. This includes $50 insurance coverage through the USPS. Overnight shipping is available upon request. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided to me.

Please keep in mind that the expected delivery date is provided by USPS and is subject to change. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, contact USPS directly.
