Pre-Made Toppers are sold as is. They are not customizable. Topper will come with double sided tape or Velcro for an easy application process on to your grad cap and a clear thumbtack for your tassel. These toppers measure 9.5X9.5 inches. Online orders are processed and shipped/ready for pick up within 3-5 business days. Expected delivery is 2-3 days if you need your order shipped. I do not offer over-night shipping.
